TT5001
TT5001 sensing cable detects the liquid organic solvents anywhere along its length, yet does not react to the presence of water.

Installed with a TraceTek alarm and locating module, the cable senses the liquid, triggers an alarm, and pinpoints the location of the leak.

TTSIM-1
The TTSIM-1 is a sensor interface module capable of monitoring up to 1500 meters (5000 feet) of TraceTek sensing cable. When liquid is detected.

The TTSIM-1 locates the leak and communicates the leak details to the host of monitoring system

TTSIM-2
The TTSIM-2 sensor interface module monitors up to 150 meters (500 feet) of TraceTek sensing cable. When liquid is detected, the TTSIM-2 unit indicates the leak, displays the location of the leak and switches a relay to provide local voltage-free contact closure. 

The TTSIM-2 can also communicate to a host monitoring system such as TraceTek TTDM-128 or directly to a PLC or other host system using standard protocols.


TTSIM-1A
TTSIM-1A is a primary sensor interface module with the capacity to monitor up to 150 m (500ft) of sensor cable. The output is via relay contacts and serial data.

TTDM-128
TRACETEK TTDM-128 is the primary user alarm panel and system control unit for networked Tracetek systems.

GUARDSEN

GuardSen GS-LDC-1 
GuardSen GS-LDC-1 sensing cables detect the presence of water at any point along their length. Installed with a GuardSen alarm module (GS-LDA-1), the cable senses water intrusion and triggers an alarm. It provides distributed leak detection and location over a wide range of areas.

The GS-LDC-1 sensing cables are available in a variety of lengths to provide as much coverage as needed.

GuardSen GS-LDC-2
GuardSen GS-LDC-2 sensing cables detect the presence of water at any point along their length. Installed with a GuardSen alarm module (GS-LDA-2), the cable senses water intrusion and triggers an alarm. It provides distributed leak detection and location over a wide range of areas.

GS-LDA-1

The GS-LDA-1 can be used as a standalone leak detection alarm unit or can also communicate to a host monitoring system such as PLC or Monitoring System by using standard RS-485 communications.

GS-LDA-2

The GS-LDA-2 Sensor Interface Module monitors up to 1500 meters of GuardSen sensing cable (GS-LDC-2). When liquid is detected, the GS-LDA-2 unit indicates the leak, displays the location of the leak and switches a relay to provide local voltage-free contact closure.

The GS-LDA-2 can be used as standalone leak detection alarm unit or can also communicate to a host monitoring system such as PLC or other monitoring systems by using standard RS-485 protocols.

Integration with Environmental Monitoring System

Leverage on EMS devices such as Picobox REX SMS or Email alert capabilities to monitor the fluctuation of temperature and humidity readings. Install ideally in the center of a room away from air condition/heater for maximum accuracy measurements. 

Connect the THS100D via REX analog input terminal and set the specific required temperature/humidity measurement range and associated accuracy. THS100D will notify the users via SMS/Email through an EMS device with configurable response time.





Water Detection Sensor

PICOBOX Water Detection Sensor (SP-12) – Water-resistant sensor specially designed to provide early detection of water sources, prevent damage and downtime from water leaks & spills around data centers, air conditioning units, chilled water piping, plumbing, and condensate lines, clogged drains, sprinkler systems, and building leaks.

SP-12 water leak detection sensor has a visual indicator that allows it to be used as a standalone device. It can be also connected to an Environmental Monitoring System where SMS and Email alert are sent when a leakage is detected.

Received alerts through SMS and Emails

Integration with Environmental Monitoring System Users can utilize EMS devices, such as Picobox REX and FMGuard, by using its SMS and email alert capabilities to monitor any water leakage before a mishap happens. Simply place SP-12 on a flat surface near or around potential water accumulation area and connect the dry contact to the EMS device’s digital input terminal. When the water bridges the contact on the base of SP-12, an alarm is a trigger which sets off the Alarm LED and opens the normally closed contact, and at the same time, SMS or Email notification is sent.
